Hi there, I'm trying to up the internal storage of my old 7100/80 , however I can't seem to find any software that
will allow me to clone the SCSI hard drive , to another larger drive. Any suggestions?

Heck don't have a scsi card in any of my linux boxen. unless i create a bootable linux floppy with the utility on it

For classic Mac systems you can just copy everything over using the Finder.

Only problem with that approach is software that use hidden files, like VirtualPC, won't work anymore unless you reinstall, which can be a hassle if you no longer have the media kicking around.

i'd usually back up the way saq mentioned. if you gotta have an image, you can boot off a MacOS CD (any compatible version will do) and use Disk Copy to create an image.

- System 7.1 through Mac OS 7.6: Compatibility With Macintosh Computers
- Mac OS 8 and 9 compatibility with Macintosh computers
