TotalBackup(tm) is a UNIX utility that allows DOS client workstation hard disks to be backed-up or archived to the UNIX tape or disk devices. This archival process operates without attendance by a DOS operator. Using a menu-driven interface, PC users specify one or more hard drives to be backed up, or limit backup selections to particular directories and file specifications. The selective restore functions allows restored files to be re-targeted to alternate directories. Security options automatically disconnect the PC from the network to prevent unauthorized access to the server and to protect file contents.
