GASP(tm) Version 2.2-General Aerodynamic Simulation Program

GASP(tm) Version 2.2 is an advanced computational fluid dynamics simulation tool that solves the integral form of the steady and unsteady, compressible Navier-Stokes (NS) equations, the Thin Layer NS equations, the Parabolized NS equations and the Euler equations on multi-zone structured meshes in one-, two-, and three-spatial dimensions using a finite volume discretization. GASP incorporates a wide variety of thermo-chemical modeling options including finite-rate chemistry and non-equilibrium thermodynamics models. The software comes with seventeen different models (including a perfect gas) and a convenient tool to allow the user to add more chemistry models. GASP is routinely used for detailed aerodynamic analysis of internal and external flows. The software is used by NASA, the Air Force, Army, and Navy, at various industrial sites, and at several universities.
