LOOK

LOOK v1.0: LOOK is a completely new package designed specifically for molecular biologists. It integrates the study of protein sequence and protein structure in visualization and analytical studies.

• LOOK uses a protein's known structure to perform

site-directed predictions.

• LOOK also performs various structural analyses, including

burial/accessibility analyses, distance calculations,

hydrophobocity determinations, and hydrogen bond

interactions.

• With LOOK, literature can be searched by structure region, a

feature previously unavailable through any other literature

search service.

LOOK performs: Multiple sequence alignment, correlated mutation analysis, site-directed mutagenesis predictions, structural analyses, and residue-specific literature searches.
