WHAT IF

WHAT IF is a molecular modeling package for protein chemistry. It combines artificial intelligence with novel types of relational databases and high-quality graphics to aid with molecular engineering.

An extensive set of options is available for:

• Protein structure analysis and comparison
• Prediction of point mutations
• X-ray refinement
• NMR structure(s) manipulation
• Rule-based protein structure modeling

The program is distributed with source code, databases, and extensive documentation. The program is available for a minimal fee.
